Plain Jane by Sweet Baby Jane vintage dress

Good vintage condition. Crochet collar, optional ties at neckline, and three buttons at bust. Zip closure on the back. Seam near left bust is slightly pulled (see photo). There's no size tag but fits like a small — please refer to measurements. And no fabric contents / care tag but the dress seems to be mostly or 100% viscose. Offers welcome!
