Vintage Canadian clothing company Plastikwrap skirt. Asymmetrical cuts on the side.
Size Medium. Best for medium to small as there isn’t much stretch to this. It’s form fitting. Zipper works perfectly.
Flat waist measurements: 15inches
Flat hip measurements: 16inches
There is some stretch but not much. I would stretch waist more then an inch and waist no more then 2inches

@tasselhoff I apologize for the delay. Flat measurements are fit waist 15 and 18 hips. There is some stretch but more in the hips then the waist. The waist could stretch maybe one more inch but I wouldn’t push it past that.
