Playful Artist Tunic

Fun, quirky, playful empire waist artist tunic from Urban Outfitters. I'd suggest for over leggings. Light weight, 100% cotton. Labeled "S" but will work just as well for "L". This top has been loved & there is pilling (most notably on the bodice) but it is far from unwearable (priced accordingly). Too cute of an item to not let live on with someone else who can enjoy it!
