Playful school girl pleated skirt

Have same in black and white and looks amazing with thigh high boots and tights. Great for changing seasons. Thicker material and waist band has thick elastic within fabric so stays in place without riding up. Really cute flirty school girl style but also modest pleats that works for work or going out. Get so many compliments! NWT. Got a little boutique called le flirt fashion. Size M but fits more like a XS-S. I wear high waisted and hits me mid thigh (I’m 5’) but could wear lower if wanted.
