Plaza South Floral Fabric Skirt

Plaza South Floral Fabric Skirt, size 16 (19' across waist, 23.5' across hips, 36' length). I wasn't able to capture the floral design in the fabric, but it's a navy blue with floral design in the fabric over the entirety of the skirt. Fully lined, zip/button up back, straight skirt, back slit, straight hem, edging on the inside waist of skirt is a bit loose in one area, please see pics.
