clarissacat They're supposed to return the item but I had a case where I bought a CHI straightener & I received it with the cables all damaged & it wouldn't even turn on so I complained & shipped back but the seller never received so I didn't get my money back 🙄😕

cindyamelgarejo sorry that happened! I had to deal with something similar. long story short, I emailed them a few times, felt like a pest but wanted issue was resolved. it should take about a week or so and they sent me emails as their form of communication...hope you get your $ and work issue out :)

nurseblondie27 @laur711 she has to send it back in the exact same condition as you sent it or she doesn't get her money back. She probably doesn't know that. Plus you have to accept it once you receive it to release her funds back to her so she can't ruin it or anything cause you can send pics to poshmark if you get it back damaged and you'll get to keep the money.

catdiamonte Scammers claim item not as described all the time and send back a different item or an empty box to seller...they get their money back and keep your item....fyi
