@bella10385 I just wanted to say it's not the end of the world after 25 years of owning my home .
Went through divorce raising three kids on my own very little child support I finally lost my house in feb 2014 had to give through deed & leud
thought I would be devastated but I am relieved it's all material and there's better things to come
I had a battle with the bank and it was too much stress physically and mentally

@calli50 I'm sorry you had to go through that. It's just hard dealing with everything. I've applied for every type of re modification loan and all Obamas crap deals and I've actually gotten this house outta foreclosure 3 times, I just couldn't do it this time. 30yrs of memories but you're right it's just material and my families helping a lot! There's so much better out there for us! Thank you for your empathy not sympathy, it helps...every word💁💕

@bella10385 I know that modification is a piece of crap have you tried telling the bank about the deed in Leud and see if you could some funds out of it
I agree with you I have been battling since 2010 it's so much stress so much paperwork so much faxing so much coping to send to bank & lawyers
but I have to say adjusting to an apartment at the beginning it was difficult but I kind of enjoying not dealing with the burden of the grass the pool the huge light bills and any major bill that had a come out of my pocket

@bella10385 ohhh nooo! Wish I would've known because I work for a foreclosure prevention company. Did u already leave the home if not there's a program called cash for keys. It is also known as relocation assistance . Hope it's not too late and I hope this helps🌹
