They obviously don’t need to shop my closet I have greatly reduced items & folks think I’m just giving away. alisonlundin @leahnerren you’re a sweetheart! Thank you! Just sold a beautiful NWT cream dress (I could have had it altered decided if things don’t fit, sell or donate gal didn’t even rate me. Brand new dress, basically sold it to her for 3/4 of what I paid. They want my Lilly & Dooneys for free ( ridiculous offers😳🙄) 🤦‍♀️ I’m so disgusted with the lowballers, Poshmark has drastically changed. Too bad. Was awesome back in 2016 . Sorry to rant!!!! You have a beautiful closet!!

chickenpanties Yes, of course, but the buyers also getting charged an additional $8-$10+ dollars for shipping and handling and for taxes as well. So also keep that in mind when your buyers are making offers and are also paying an extra $10+ on top of the bid amount that they are bidding too!

leahnerren @chickenpanties your $9 offer for a formal dress that was listed at $20 (now $15) is a lowball offer. I would have made $6. If you have an issue with shipping and handling, you should take it up with Poshmark - as I do not set the shipping prices - I do agree with you that they are too high. The beauty of Poshmark, is I can set my prices how I want them (as can you and everyone else) and if someone isnt ok with that, they are free to shop someone elses closet. Thanks and Happy Poshing!

chickenpanties @leahnerren I am relatively new to PM so I did not know that was considered to be that. All you had to do was simply "Counteroffer" and then I would have gladly accepted in the middle or at the original price as listed even bc I really wanted the pretty gold dress, it was my size and I thought it looked really adorable and flattering on you in the pictures.

chickenpanties @leahnerren And especially when they really just did not know and they were just trying to negotiate like they were supposed to do initially. And a counter offer is considered to be a negotiation tool in PM that is customer service for the buyer, letting them know that you are flexible and will work with them. I would have gladly accepted at the original price actually, I just did not know.

But like I said, still learning daily and very new to this platform and no harm or disrespect was even thought of or intended at all in any way form or fashion!
