@kecm You can get priority boxes at the post office for free 😀. You can also go online to usps and order free boxes of various sizes which they will deliver to you for free. I keep an assortment of sizes on hand. You dont want the flat rate just the regular mailing boxes. I also use the Tyvek envelopes which are great for t shirts, shirts, etc. Hope this helps 😀. @kecm Only a little while. I joined but didnt list until a few months ago. This is my first 4th quarter so am not sure what to expect. But its been slow on the other sites I sell on as well. Hopefully things will pick up soon else may need to just focus elsewhere 💚🐇❤️

@kecm Hopefully it will get better soon 😀 Did research on bundles and some say its someone just pressed the wrong button and some say you should make an offer. I have tried making offers and no sales. So I dont know ... A million followers ... wow ... thats impressive. I dont think I have that much time on my hands .... lol. 💚🐇💗

@ladyred209 What part of "reasonable offer" sounds like "any offer"? I've gotten a few really silly offers. I just got one for $25 on a $100 necklace. I'd rather give it to one of my friends than to sell it for $25. It's almost a $300 necklace. For sale right now on the website.

@kecm Yeah that is ridiculous and its super annoying getting low ball offers .... other sites you can set up automatic rejects but havent seen that on posh. I stick to what I want and wait for the right person to come along. If it is really obnoxious I just ignore the lowball offer or counter at my selling price or just above. Happens all the time ..... but I look at it as activity in my closet which is a good thing. 💚🐇❤️

@kecm Lol .... I’ve done that too 😀👍👏 Or I send a counter offer just a dollar less. Some people are just fishing. I usually counter unless I am feeling in an ornery mood and just decline. I havent seen any charts but it does seem like that would be a turnoff. Hope your sales have picked up ❤️🐇💚

@ladyred209 a little bit. A lady is saying I sent her a pair of pants with the pocket ripped. I’m really upset. I mean I was only making like $14 on the same anyway, it’s not the money. It’s just IMPOSSIBLE that I sent them ripped. Did I specifically look st the pocket before I shipped it? No. But I did wash them, photograph them, fold them. How could I miss that? I’m so pissed she thinks I did this purposely 😳when I seriously don’t believe they were ripped until she tried them on!

@kecm I am so sorry you ran into a bad buyer ☹️ It is so frustrating dealing with them. Sounds like they didn’t fit and she is looking for a refund and free return shipping. I would contact customer service. If they make you take the return I would take a picture of the pocket and send to customer service ( if she didn’t damage it). I would also report her. Unfortunately there is only so much you can do about buyers who are gaming the system.

@kecm You might think about asking the buyer to send you a picture of the torn pocket. Tell her that you need to report it to Poshmark and see what she says. That is good they are reviewing it. If she has done this a lot they may have flagged her already, I would still report her. Your closet is looking great!!!

@ladyred209 That lady got her refund. Unreal. She's insane. She's saying the fact that I went down in price an accepted her offer that I knew there was something wrong. INSANE. Why would I do that? I just wanted to sell them. I was worried because I didn't think things were moving last week. I'm so pissed. Not even about the money.... I'm mad at her. She's insane. At least admit I may not have known to but bold face say I sold pants with a hole knowingly? INSANE.

@kecm Bad buyers are so infuriating! She obviously knows how to game the system. I had some buy a $160 brand new coat from me and she opened a return case and returned a totally different used crappy coat. They let her keep the new coat and I had to refund her. .... I was livid. Make sure you block her so she can’t buy anything else from you (although she can just open a different account). I am so sorry you got a bad buyer ☹️
