bellesqueb Hi… I checked in just a few minutes ago and noticed that you canceled your order… I already shipped this item out a while ago and as far as I know it hasn’t even arrive to you yet… so why did you cancel it…is this just an error…I had also included in your bundle of two skull sweaters the drop rhinestone earrings as a free gift…i’m a little confused…please let me know what is going on…thanks…

mmillerscloset @bellesqueb no tracking number and still not here. Poshmark asked if I received it and I haven’t so it was cancelled. It is important to update the steps properly and get your tracking number loaded on there. I don’t know what to tell you I haven’t received it

bellesqueb @mmillerscloset there have been a lot of issues lately with the post office… I had texted you that I had sent it out so I don’t understand what made you think that it was not sent… we had been in communication about the entire thing all along…

bellesqueb Show now what?… is there anyway that you can undo that I promise you that it is 100% shipped and has been for a while now… on other websites that I am selling on things are getting delayed by up to five business days… I am having the same trouble where things have been shipped out and it says shipped and then there is no way to track the item and then it just says shipment delayed and then shows up eventually…

mmillerscloset Listen. All it said was that a label was created how come when I sold an item immediately the tracking number as soon as it was scanned showed my buyer it was sent. Poshmark has a rule about how much time you have to ship an item out I got a notification On the ninth asking if I’d received it I absolutely have not so Poshmark canceled it. They wanted me to except that I received it and I have not so what do you expect me to do? Say I’ve received an item that I haven’t?

bellesqueb Is there anyway that you can undo the cancellation or perhaps right to Poshmark and tell them what has occurred… there is nothing that I can do if the post office is delayed and not using their tracking system properly…

bellesqueb If you notice in the text messages on June 3 you asked me “have you shipped the items out yet?”… and I responded right away “yes”… so I don’t know what lead you to believe that the items had not been shipped out yet…

bellesqueb @mmillerscloset i’ve had the same issue with items on other sites as well in fact I just received a message saying that my items will be delayed (did not give a reason) And will arrive on the… The orders for those items were placed on the first… show normal or not that is what it is… I completely agree with you but welcome to government run systems such as the post office…

bellesqueb Poshmark has a pretty good customer service center so I am guessing you could message them take a screen grab of the order number and item and tell them what has occurred and that shipping is very slow lately… your seller has assured you the item has been sent… and you wish to keep the items… unless you don’t wish to keep them…up to you…

myhellbox @mmillerscloset not sure why you blocked me…but it sure makes me feel like I will (a) never be paid or (b) never receive the returned items… I really don’t understand why we are arguing about this we had such a nice conversation previously…I had told responded right away telling you the items were shipped…there are lots of delays latterly especially with the post office… And yes, usually I am able to print label…ship item…& track item right away…but this is not always the case…
