mel7star @sippie hey love yes she’s still doing okay she’s stubborn but tough , she had a mini stroke, she’s on oxygen, has emphysema, copd, heart problems, fuzed spine from a fall , she won’t quit her butts & booze tho even tho we beg her , she has always been bad w that stuff & other issues she has had ,I’m hoping she will take care of herself and be around a lot longer but it’s touch and go , she’s looking to upgrade to a wheel chair as was on a walker

I am very nosy I had a stroke 12 years ago..I had stopped my hormones therapy fast instead of taking it down slowly.I had quite the stroke. My left side was partially paralyzed..my leg was bad.I also had a monster cataract.I started doing yoga again,and regained it ALL back..

She is sooo stubborn and doesn’t take the best care of herself it’s hard to get her to do anything to take care of herself , when she left the hospital after her stroke she left against medical advice they wanted to watch her longer as her levels were still bad 🖤

It must help sooo much!!! I do wanna get into yoga ! I need to do that and walking I love walking , my back has been so bad tho it’ll take a while before I can get back to doing that stuff well baby steps

sippie @mel7star I have CoPD but since I stopped cigarettes it is not a issue anymore.So 2/3 after the stroke I met my Steve ,the love of my life.I was62 yo.To me,it’s really important to have friends all ages..I am so glad I have you..oh by the by your faerie will be delivered today

bagdoll @mel7star that is so hard on you the family! Trust me, my mom is 82 and has lived with me 7 years and there are days I could throttle her and laugh! Lol…she isn’t “sick” she has diabetes that she doesn’t control which leads to A Fib and being on the verge of dying but she won’t listen to me or the docs! It’s so frustrating!! When you feel overwhelmed find someone to sit with her and walk away for a minute.. even if you just lock the door and shop online! Lol you need Mel moments!

mel7star @sippie what is the chronic pain love ? My back has been messed up since 2007 , when I had my son I had bad back labor , then an epidural which I was scared to do but it felt like someone was dragging a chain saw up and down my spine , so I gave in and got the shot , I had sciatica and stuff right after, had bulging disc, herniated disc, and degeneration of my discs , it’s to the point I’m in pain daily :/

mel7star @bagdoll gosh yes it’s sooo frustrating when they won’t listen to us!! I know my uncle had type one diabetes and I’m not sure if runs in my moms side of the family so I get nervous about that , I don’t live close to my mom rn unfortunately, and I’m hoping to finally go see her again this sept , I honestly wanna move closer to her again , I wish if I had the tiny home I’d go closer to my parents rn ! I live almost 2 hours away rn

sippie @mel7star I have Interstial cystis with Hunners ulcers..very painful disease no cure. .i remember when I got my diagnosis..the doctor said good/bad news it’s not cancer..bad..cancer we can cure I am in 24 /7 pain..I HAVE to take meds

I have to check in @my pain management doctor once a month..they say it is the second most painful ..like cancer.. ..I hate it but everyone gets something,and I guess this is my Waterloo .I am on a IC support group ..

I lived about an hour away when my dad got sick and ended up selling and moving back to this area.. then when he passed mom needed someone (this is a true fact.. my dad did EVERYTHING.. she called me crying because she didn’t know how to take the cans to the curb on garbage day!) so long story short.. lol.. but yes it is nice to be nearby when your needed so a house on wheels would be great!

There is a HUGE poplulation of homeless here, personally I think it’s the cost of living being so high and Covid but the entire freeway is like a boy scout jamboree camp out.. so now they signed a bill saying camping can be anywhere except private property.. do you have the park and ride lots there? We’ll all ours are now campgrounds.. I wish I could give them all a motor home or a container home

I don’t think there’s much around here for lots to park at but I know closer to my rents there is , ya you’d be able to hook it up and tow and move when ever you wanted to 🖤🥰

Lol I saw these container homes on YouTube that were amazing but I think they are stationary? You can buy them in Sacramento at the rail yard for like $2000

And now that my son has seen the world lol..he was telling me that all over the south and Midwest there are actual parks where retired people like me live part time and then move on when they feel like it.. he was an over the road trucker for 7 years before the Navy so he told me what areas in different states to stay away from so I feel pretty safe about it!

bagdoll @mel7star a 454?!?!?? Lol I didn’t know they still made those engines lol.. but if you were to drive it more often do you think you could get comfortable or is it just huge? I went to an rv dealer here awhile back and seriously there was a two bedroom motor home there! I was as big as a city block and I doubt I could drive it but 2 bedrooms? Lol and it was not cramped!

I have downsized my life so much that aside from my crafting supplies I could live tiny..have you ever backed up a trailer? I haven’t and that’s my scariest thought.. my son said you steer opposite..I dunno I’ve watched some of those videos and pulling into the gas station even looks scary!

bagdoll @mel7star do you have a Home Depot nearby? I walked thru the “sheds” you can buy there and a couple were on trailers.. I think maybe they have to call it a shed but it was as big as a studio apartment! And one was really cute with an upstairs loft that was a bedroom.. the only thing I noticed was there was no closet but what if you did a armoire type thing in the wall? I wonder.. lol now I’ll have a research project!

It gets squishy in here with me and the hubs but we love it. We have a permanent lot on the water in Arizona so we feel pretty lucky!!🖤

erica_erikitty @mel7star lol they come with their unique set of problems sometimes but honestly, I love my house!! It's adorable! And it's forced me to really think outside the box as far as creating more space for everything. Like, im my "office." I have metal baskets upside down on the ceiling where I keep my stapler, scissors, paper clips, stuff like that to save room in a drawer for other stuff lol I love u girly! I love our trades! erica_erikitty @mel7star no problem!! If anyone understands the hectic life, it's me 😂 most the problems I've had have been to do with amps Amp-age. That was the hardest thing to wrap my head around when we got our house. I was so used to being able to plug in whatever I needed whenever I needed that I couldn't get it right lol so I blew the fuses or whatever they are at least once a day. Can't have the ac turned on and use the hair straightener on if the tv is on 😅 that kinda thing

erica_erikitty @mel7star also the space situation is rough at times. I'm a collector so it was really hard for me to stop doing that. Or at least to stop bringing my collectables home lol so I have an office/inventory spot that has the walls filled with shelves of my collectable miniatures, Funkos, tokidoki, stuff like that lol otherwise, if you don't have rv hookups at the location u park, the grey/clear tanks can be problematic.

erica_erikitty @mel7star I'm in a permanent lot so it doesn't really come up for me but I've seen others struggle with it. But it's all still worth it to me. I love it. I can see me eventually needing more space and going back to a house but for now, im super happy here! If u need help/advice at all don't hesitate! I don't mind helping at all 🤗🤗

The amp issue is probably such a pain huh I would always want a fan , but I love natural light and candle light 🖤 i would love any advice possible dude !! I am thinking solar panel and battery back up ? I want to get the smallest size tub to put in it as I know I would miss baths 🛁 lol … i know the biggest amount of stuff I’m bringing w me is my crystals lmao 🤣

I only have one right now he was the last of last litter and I held him back when I was selling our last litter at that time because he was special and he is now 8.5. my other whites passed away at 14. glad to see you and send me pictures of your jewelry you make !
