I’m reposting this from one of my poshers‼️ If you understand this than you won’t be insulted. RP: “Please don’t disrespect sellers with ridiculous lowball offers.” This isn’t a garage sale. I try to keep my closet priced in a reasonable range, especially with bundling. But offering $10 for an item that is listed for $30 is kinda crazy. Everyone likes a deal but keep in mind some of us are using this as an extra source of income.” I am a first time mom and all sales go towards my bby girl. ‼️

bonniesailer @veganting15 🍀 1000% agree - it's so darn sad that people (really so much for the majority) treat Posh as a flea market/garage sale site. More people have to stand up and state this type of message - so possibly . . . "low-ballism" can subside. Well we hope, anyhow.

shop_tbs @bonniesailer I completely understand and agree also. That’s why I have to explain to people that Poshmark does take out their sellers fee. And then on top of that people get upset when you’re firm on your prices. You can go as low as $10 and they’ll still try and counteroffer. ☹️🙄

bonniesailer @veganting15 Yes! It's nuts, isn't it? Honestly, I feel when people make thier low ball offers that they are just not considerate at all. They are only thinking one thing . . . and that's what it means to them. The lowest I'd ever offer a seller is 10% off, or an outright buy. I wish more people would understand that seeming non-existant Posh motto -"Lets share the Love". Guess, they don't want to!

ladybeaux P R E A C H I am a new seller and I have had people offer me prices less than half of what I am asking for. Granted, I dont have the most expensive things, but it is insulting.

shop_tbs @ladybeaux totally understand where you coming from. That’s why I just suggest to ppl to have more than one selling app. Like one buyer tried to offer me $85 for a pair of $330 shoes I have posted. The lowest I went was $125 because with Poshmark 20% sellers fee I’m only getting $100 for them. I feel that is a good deal to me but ppl just act as if this is a garage sale and they wanna get stuff for literally 80% off
