OK so I bought brandy top off mer car' for the first time and I haven't received my item, the shipping just says that a shipping label has been created and the app is telling be that the seller shipped but its been like a week. I asked for a refund but no response from seller or the app its self. Has this happened to anyone? Am I going to lose my money? I'm freaking out please help

sanchez1320 Also mercar' is telling me if i dont rate by the 7th that they can get a rate from them, what the freak!!! Has anybody had this happen to them?

ownpudi Yes happened to me too!! Just email mercarî's support email and tell them the situation. Just don't rate her at all until they respond! They will eventually respond with how to cancel the order, or hopefully you'll get your item!!

sanchez1320 @ownpudi did it take awhile for them to response to u? I wrote to them the other day and then today.the person had good feed back so i thought it would be all good. This is so annoying

ownpudi Omg it took them literally like 3-4 to respond, but I kept ignoring the "please rate" emails. I think I emailed them twice and then eventually I got the item so it was fine.

cnavarro22 @sanchez1320 idk if u received your item but. A lot of people do that they click ship without actually shipping I've already had to cancel a bunch of transactions bcuz the shipping label expired. if u look on the product info it says "seller ships within __" and if they don't ship within that timeframe Ⓜ️ let's u cancel. Until that timeframe passes there's nothing u can do, like here on posh they let u cancel within a few hours for accidental purchases.
