1. I inspect my items thoroughly and list ALL flaws if there are any. 2. I have visual proof of every inch of item incase of any discrepancy. 3. I document the packing of item into package with buyers shipping label. 4. I ship promptly... usually by next day unless it’s the weekend. 5. I do not sell to “new” accounts that do not have any positive feedback. (Learned the hard way) 6. If you do not disclose flaws we trade back! No swap backs for sizing!
