Pleated Black H&M Dress

Black H&M dress with pleating that begins at the neckline and ends in the skirt. It is wonderfully fitted in the bust and waist, and open in the skirt. I’ve included a photo of myself wearing it for a better visual of how it fits and it’s length. I am 5’8” for reference.
