Pleated Embroidered Blue Button-Up Blouse

This blouse is made of a soft stretchy jersey fabric and features red embroidered flowers and unique fabric buttons. It is very comfortable and lightweight. Perfect for cruise wear, the beach, vacation or worn casual. It is in perfect condition, never been worn. The tags were cut out after purchase but I know this blouse is a size medium.
