Pleated Midi Circle Skirt - size approx XS

Navy blue midi skirt with accordion pleats. No liner inside, but the fabric is soft and swingy. The waist is elastic in the back. There's no tags inside, but according to fit it's about an XS. Waist 12" flat unstretched, Length 28". Purchased on a trip to Japan in a store called "SSENSE OF PLACE" I think. Loved it, but I need to downsize!
