Pleated Mini Skirt with Zippers and Faux Garter Hooks

Pleated mini made with a flocked velvet damask design over houndstooth fabric. Tulle ruffle lining. Decorative zippers and faux garter hooks attached to O-ring straps. Closure zipper in the back. In good condition, the tulle may get wrinkled after wear and has a raw “non finished” edge (and may get caught on other fibers)
