Beige shirt dress with a sheer top and pleated bottom. Elastic waist and black textured belt included, but for a softer look would look great with a ribbon belt. Black collared shirt top has two small chest pockets. It's a Charlotte Russe XL but runs small so more like an 8-10. it has an elastic waist so it is forgiving. I would say though that this dress is not for a tall girl as the waist did not hit me where it was supposed to and I'm 5'9". Length from waist is 18".
