Pleated Skirt Dress

Y2k Gracia Fashion. Dark gray pleated dress with white and tan striped ruffle top. Faux top and bottom, but really a dress. Hidden side zipper. Worn for the Kentucky Derby. I absolutely love this dress, but it's time for a closet rotation. Excellent pre-owned condition. Normal signs of light wear. Size: M, fits like a S/M.
