Pleated Skirt, Size Unknown, EUC

This child's skirt has no tags and likely came from the original owner's travels. The top is a black linen type fabric with an elastic waistband. A band of hand sewn flowers separate it from the pleated bottom in a gold and black fabric. Size is not included on the garment, so please use measurements below to determine fit.
