The dress has some weight to it and has a professional look. The pleated design and muted colors also give it a more serious style, without being plain. It is in excellent condition. Sash could use a bit of an ironing, but is in excellent condition otherwise. Thread loops on each side holding sash are in tact. It does not have any stretch or give in the fabric, but is comfortable to sit, move, or wear for an extended period. Skirt comes down right about to the knees, maybe a little above. Hand wash or dry clean only. Materials: Shell 60% Cotton, 37% Polyester, 3% Spandex Lining 100% Cotton Size Extra Small. (At the time worn, it fit well for someone 5'5" 115lbs.)
