Pleated belted vintage dress

Quite transparent polyester below the knees dress. No size tag, id estimate size 6/small. The waste across is 12 inches but has an elastic band that stretches to 18 inches. Has been a great dress, I’ve worn it with a separate slip underneath. Color is light blue with hint of turquoise.
