Pleated flowy skirt office or casual dark navy/almost black

Good used condition, mostly worn to the office. Flowy with an elastic waist, I would say it’s a medium but measurements are in the photos. I will sell this for $5 if you buy anything else in my closet— I just don’t go to the post office for less than $15! Smoke and pet free home
