Pleated long skirt with emerald and silver stripes

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jsr7230. Did not wear it once because unfortunately it was a little small on me. But I love the silver and emerald stripes and the neat pleats and know that it will be a great skirt (especially a party/holiday skirt) for the right person. The tag says 27 but measured flat, the waist is closer to 26.5”. Should fit someone who wears XS. Excellent used condition. Zips closed.
