Pleated metallic turquoise skirt! Built in shorts underneath. Vintage forever 21

Talk about coming back around! I had this skirt in my closet for more than 5 years and never wore it. Now this look is everywhere! I love the skirt so much so I never got rid of it, but now it's too small, so I'm saying goodbye!! There is an elastic waistband so it can fit many different shapes. This was made when Forever 21 had good quality! people always gasp when they see it's made by them because it looks& feels luxury.
