Pleated neck blouse

Gorgeous pleated neck blouse with a rainbow of colors cascading down, reminds me of light sparkling though stained glass or of a field of flowers with their petals swirling in the wind. Also a bit Monet-esque. Keyhole detail at back of neck and each sleeve. Tags were cut out when I bought it so I don’t know size or manufacturer, but I believe it is either medium or small. Measures approx 41” at the bust. Excellent condition, pictures don’t do it justice. Buy more & save, offers welcome
