Pleather zipper detailed leggings by New York & Company. Measurements in photos. Very stretchy throughout, waistband stretches to 25 inches (50 inch circumference) and hips stretch to 31 inches (62 inch circumference). Pleather detailing only on the front of leggings. Zipper detailing is NOT a pocket. There is 1 pocket in the back of the waistband, large enough for a phone or wallet, unsecured (no closure, items held by the stretch of the garment). Super cute! Too large for me.
