misstashmahl @gingy80085 hello! My waist is between a 26 to a 28 and it fits me I’m more of a 26 waist right now and it’s a little bit loose on me it sits a little bit higher up on the waist above the belly button but I would say anywhere from a 26 ways to 29 it should fit. And the length is fingertip length if you put your hands down to your side it’s definitely a mini skirt but it is well covering the back
