Plenty by Tracy Reese Floral Silk Blouse, Size 12

Plenty by Tracy Reese sky blue and yellow silk floral blouse with lace and rhinestones on waistband. It is new without tags, but has minor defects. This silk sweetheart neckline peplum blouse has never been worn. However, the lace on the waistband needs restitching in a couple of places after the rhinestones got caught on the other clothes next to it as I was hanging it up.
