Plenty by Tracy Reese MIDI Dress flaw-threads pulling see pics

Tag is missing! This fits like an XS,0,2 I’m 5’1” 115 lb and fit well/snug. Please see pictures for “flaw”. I bought this NWT at a consignment store and wore once-decided I was too pale for the colors. When photographing to list I did notice that the threads seem to be stretched-maybe it was too snug in me. They might come together on the wash or dryer.
