Plenty by Tracy Reese Ocean Floor skirt circle The Plenty and Neiman Marcus tags indicated that this is a size 4, and I didn’t try it on when I got it. When I was ready to wear it, it was too small and I realized the label on the skirt says size 2. So I am not sure what size this really is but see the last pic for waist measurement.
