Plenty by Tracy Reese 'Swag Skirt'

Purchased from Anthropologie, this is truly a unique and beautiful skirt. Size 12, but fits much smaller. Will post measurements soon. One small dark smudge on front of skirt that's covered by the draping, and an area on the hem where it's double stitched (pictured). Reduced, was $42!
