Plenty by Tracy Reese dress

Flattering crossbody dress with unique navy and white pattern. Cinched fabric at top straps and bodice give an interesting ruffled effect. Zip and clasp closure on back. Falls just above the knee. Soft flowing fabric is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. Hardly worn, in great condition.
