Excellent condition red/white/blue print “Gallery Row” Plenty by Tracy Reese dress, size 0P Back zip - Rayon, spandex; rayon, spandex lining. Super comfy. Petite falls 37.25" from shoulder. I’m 5’1 and the dress falls just above my knees. Purchased originally from Anthropologie. Does not come with the seashell belt in model photo. As seen on TV show “Hart of Dixie” season 4 episode 7!
