Plenty by Tracy Reese-flowy top with bright flower detailing

this top has bright neon embroidered designs likes flowers throughout the top. it is a strapped top that is kind of see through. Nvr worn before brand- plenty size- medium good condition but some of the sewing is starting to come out. lmk if you have any questions!!
