2timecharm @ap22222 hi! will check on that in the am. I can tell you the waist is elastic with a string tie so it’s very forgiving to many waist sizes. I’m a 36d/dd fit snug on my chest size but wearable. Hope this is helpful. It’s a beautiful dress and got lots of compliments. No flaws.

2timecharm @ap22222 not 100% sure on how to measure this but from underarm it’s 23inch across and waist is 14’ across and if I extend the elastic it’s about 18’across. Making it 28-36’ waist. (If u are smaller that 28 the draw string allows u to sinch tighter. It’s a winning lightweight dress!!
