Plisse Palazzo Pants, Leopard Print

Vintage leopard print plisse-pleated palazzo pants. Pull-on elastic waist, cropped length. These appear to be handmade - no size or material tags. Fabric at ankle is not hemmed or finished, so I'd recommend hand washing. Would best fit a small/medium. Waist measures 13"-17" depending on stretch, 13" rise, 23" inseam. Good used condition.
