Plisse one shoulder retro floral romper

Just bought this romper, was planning to wear to an event so took the tags off and then changed my mind as it was too big in the chest area and I didn’t feel comfortable. In my photo, I added a rubber band on the inside to create a little more shape on my body. This is new and never worn except to try on
