Plum Cowl Neck Shirt NWOT

Cowl necked jersey blouse with a satin top back panel. Would be lovely with business pants or jeans. It is from the New York & Company street wear line. The bust can accommodate up to about 50" HOWEVER the bicep circumference can only accommodate 14" (and there is no give in the bicep/shoulder area due to the satin). Only tried on, otherwise never worn. No flaws.
