Plunging neckline ruffle dress

Bought a while back from zaful busy it didn’t fit, I never wore it because I thought I would eventually fit into it but I never did. Girl in picture is not me , I found the picture online of someone wearing the dress , because it doesn’t fit me. I have orange lighting in my room , so color in first picture might not be too accurate. Says size small but fits between xs and small , I would say. Hat not for sale
