Plunging v-neck Dress

One piece dress w/ v-neck and back. Tie and zip closure in back as well. Top is flowy black and grey (no shimmer) with a slimming waist panel. 100% polyester. Bottom fits like a pencil skirt. 97% cotton, 3% spandex. Dry cleaned.
