What is the material and the length from shoulder to bottom hem please?

@less1970 Hello, material on tag is listed as: Lace overlay, 70% cotton, 30% nylon. Lining, 100% polyester. Length from top of waist band to hem is 26 and 1/4 in. Thanks for looking!
