Plus Size 3X Skirt

This is a great piece. There are several strings that are hanging from the edges of the skirt layers. It has not compromised the integrity of the skirt, and is only noticeable when looking very closely at the skirt. I didn't notice until I hung it up to take the photos. This is true to size, but since there is an elastic waistband that makes this able to fit a 1X-3X. Please comment with any questions! Waist - 19.5 inches ( 28 inches with stretch) Length - 20 inches
