Plus Size Black dress

Gartered/elastic high waist and sleeves as shown on photo. Gartered parts is in brown and the rest of dress is black. Open and roomy chest area with nice detail. Size not tagged but I'm a 16W and it's big on me... best for 18W-20W, shows a white mark all the way in the bottom (3rd pic). Never worn, no tag, I think the mark is from the clothing rack from store... it will come off when washed, reflects price
