This dress is made by Nemidor. It is a beautiful wine color. The top has a floral lace overlay with a scooped neckline. It has one black button to secure the neckline. It has a side zipper under the right sleeze. It has an elasticized waistband with a slight bit of pleating. It has a fabric belt that can tie in the front or the back. It is 100% polyester-Chiffon fabric. Hand wash. The dress is brand new with tags. I bought it to wear to a wedding but it did not fit. I procrastinated and missed the Amazon return window.
