Plus Size Dress by Mix Nouveau Women

This cute and well loved dress was my daughter's and it's a black and white large polka-dot. It has an elastic band in the back and a black tie. It stretches quite a bit. Measuring the back, laid out flat is 23",stretched out it is 27". Waist is 24" and stretched out it's 28". Hip measures 35". It is in good condition, no rips or stains, but it has been worn a bit. Price reflects this. The size says 1X but I think it would fit a 3X. Go by your own measurements. 39" long.
