Plus Size Dress/Tunic

This dress has been washed, worn and has shrunken so it now fits like a tunic. It’s a cold shoulder style dress. If you are someone that is shorter than 5 feet, then it will still fit like a dress but if you are over 5 feet tall it will fit like a long tunic top. From the armpit down its 23inches long.
