Brand New with Tags. Kelly green plisse short set with gold and black detailing throughout. Flowy, soft feel, can be dressed down or up, and top and bottom could be worn together or separate. Top is button down and the set does offer stretch. Material Specs: Made of 100% polyester. Reason for selling: Bought it for a trip but ended up not wearing it so no longer have use for it.
