I have a new women's trench coat. It's extremely soft on the outside as well as the inside. It's a fuzzy type of material on the outside and silk on the inside. It's very heavy so it will do it's job on keeping you warm on those cold days. It's never been worn but the tags were off when it was given to me (for Christmas 2012). I don't understand the size 46R. That sounds like a man's size. Help??!!

Buttons are on the right side. It is a man's coat not a woman's. It needs to be categorized with men's outerwear not women's plus. 'R' is for Regular. For men.
